PHP Developers

Role : PHP Developer
Working Hours & Days : 3 pm to 12 am, Monday to Friday.
Office Location : Kaloor, Ernakulam.
Experience Level : Minimum 3 years.

Job Description:
  • The PHP Developer is expected to be able to perform all aspects of the development tasks, including front- end, back- end, and database development.
  • Develop web sites, applications and rich multi- media experiences according to the brief and technical specifications.
  • Must be expert in both PHP Laravel Framework and Mysql.
  • Must have knowledge of web services and serialization techniques like REST, SOAP, XML & JSON.
  • Proficiency in jQuery, Javascript, CSS, HTML, AJAX and also in responsive front-end frameworks (e.g. Bootstrap)
  • Familiar with REST API's and Integration with third-party API's
  • Good knowledge in Git.
  • The applicant is expected to possess strong problem-solving skills programming, testing and troubleshooting skills.
  • Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core web products and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality
  • Adhering to project coding standards and recommending improvements
  • Modifying existing Web assets to correct errors, allowing it to function in new operating environments
    • Added advantages :
  • Experienced in ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) and Nosql databases.
  • Hands on experience in developing applications in Angular 4 or later, NodeJS will be an added advantage.
  • Experienced in Django framework.
  • Working experience in Cloud services such as AWS is also a plus.

Digital Marketing Specialist

Role: Digital Marketing Specialist
Working Hours & Days: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM, Monday to Friday
Office Location: Kaloor, Ernakulam
Salary: As per company standards

We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and Google. You’ll collaborate closely with developers and designers, set up accurate tracking, and help drive high-quality traffic and leads for our projects.

Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end campaign management (primarily Meta Ads and Google Ads).
  • Pay-Per-Call campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with developers and designers to meet business objectives.
  • Set up tracking, integrations, and other technical aspects to drive website traffic.
  • Communicate with and assist clients via Skype, Email, etc.
  • Identify and troubleshoot campaign, tracking, and delivery issues.
  • Stay open to learning new ad platforms and marketing technologies as needed.
Eligibility:
  • Any Graduate.
Preferred Skills:
  • 1–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Good understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
  • Basic MS Excel and technical skills.

Web Designer

Role: Web Designer
Working Hours & Days: 4:00 PM – 01:00 AM, Monday to Friday
Office Location: Kaloor, Ernakulam
Experience: 1–8 Years
Salary: As per company standards

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design visually appealing and responsive web pages.
  • Create web layouts and design prototypes using Figma and Photoshop.
  • Convert design mockups into clean, well-structured HTML/CSS using Bootstrap, SCSS, or Tailwind CSS.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX Designers, Developers, and Project Managers.
  • Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools.
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap & SCSS.
  • Experience with Figma and Photoshop.
  • Good understanding of UX principles and responsive design.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript/jQuery and Tailwind CSS will be an added advantage.

BI Analyst

Role: BI Analyst
Working Hours & Days: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM, Monday to Friday

Experience: 1–8 Years

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis: Gather, interpret, and analyze data to provide actionable insights and support strategic decisions.
  • Reporting: Prepare, maintain, and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports to stakeholders.
  • Excel & Google Sheets: Use advanced functions for data management, analysis, and reporting.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Partner with teams to understand data needs and provide clear, concise reporting.
  • Multitasking & Time Management: Prioritize and handle multiple tasks, ensuring timely delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent command of English (especially written communication).
  • Strong report writing and data presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets, including functions, formulas, and basic visualization.
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in data analysis or reporting roles.
  • Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI is an advantage.

Accounts Executive

Role: Accounts Executive
Working Hours & Days: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM, Monday to Friday
Office Location: Kaloor, Ernakulam
Experience: 1–8 Years
Salary: As per company standards

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and analysis of financial reports.
  • Assist in email proofing for clients’ Finance & Accounts matters.
  • Process vendor & customer invoices.
  • Reconciliation of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Bank reconciliations.
  • Track bank deposits and payments.
  • Preparation of balance sheet schedules.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks related to Accounts and Finance.
Requirements & Skills:
  • B.Com graduate.
  • 1+ years of experience in accounts (preferred).
  • Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
  • Experience using financial software such as QBO and NetSuite.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
